DECORATIVE, VIBRANT AND ABSTRACT; TERRAZZO FROM DUDSON

New for autumn 2019, Dudson’s latest launch Terrazzo offers a decorative and durable solution to creative tabletop.

Inspired by the distinct patterns of Italy that combine pieces of marble with glass, Terrazzo translates abstract shapes into speckled style.

Fashionable in the 1970s, the fragmented pattern reclaimed its popularity in modern hospitality interiors. Creative Director, Erich Rommelrath, discusses ceramics as part of overall aesthetic; “tableware is a crucial part of interior design and so we work to create products that complement, enhance and enrich the dining experience by moving with wider trends”.

Available in a charming choice of blue or green, the collection welcomes revival colour to tableware, heightening the presentation of world foods.

With vivid tones that complement colourful ingredients, the 12 piece collection of varying coupe plate and bowl sizes is versatile in its use; from street food to sharing plates and gastro bars, Terrazzo adds an exciting energy to food service.

Reactive texture in print produces variation in effect and colour, marking each piece with individuality. UK manufactured on Dudson’s finest vitrified ceramic body, Terrazzo is characterised by industrial toughness and built to endure the rigors of everyday use in professional kitchens.

The complete collection is available to view in the Dudson section of both Churchill showrooms – London and Stoke-on-Trent.
